UPCOMING BALLET TRIPS

I have made some small changes to the proposed trips for next year. Please look at the program again and let me know which ones tempt you, especially if you are interested in the February trip to London, for which I would have to put tickets on hold this week. This is not a commitment. It just gives me a general idea of how many hotel rooms and ballet tickets I have to start inquiring about.

Landmark Cinemas (and possibly others) pick up Royal Ballet Broadcasts in Canada

After the shocker announcement by Cineplex that they will not be broadcasting the Royal Ballet performances in Canada, I am happy to announce that another distributor has picked these up. All Landmark Cinemas which broadcast Royal Opera performances (to see list click here) will also broadcast the Royal Ballet, even if the individual cinema websites have not yet been updated. In addition, the distributor is still negotiating with other independent cinemas, including one in downtown Toronto. Stay tuned to your Tours en l'air newsletter or check my website, www.toursenlair.blogspot.ca, for updates.

Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland  from January 24, 2015
